Not listed by Telkom Directory no loan

The best thing I have seen and header to day was Capitec bank request you docs for your account settlements to consolidate your loans every thing is fine and they gave me the the amounts and pay back terms. After sending the docs, suddenly sending you a email telling you that your loan is declined due to that your company is not listed on Telkoms directory the land line is and I have gave them the Ref nr for the line and my HR's direct nr to contact for confirmation and info, the land line is been used 8 years by the company It is a privately owned company, received a email from them back after asking them if the line was not what would have happend.
This is wat they said: Good day Sir, yes the only issue is the confirmation everything else is order . we cannot issue a loan without knowing if the person works for a specific company, or if has put through a resignation or not. Please contact our client care 0860102043 as we cannot change company policy if you would like to make a complaint.
so please explain to me how does this work??

I Feel that they are discriminating against me It is not my fault "that South Africa Have this wonderful crime free country"
