I am hugely disappointed with the service received from Capitec Bank. I have applied for a restructure of my existing loan and have emailed Candice Davids on numerous occasions and have not had the courtesy of a phone call or an email. I also find that I have been a customer of Capitec Bank for 8 months and have not once received a statement. I find this unacceptable and client service in non existent.
