Where is my credit card?

My credit card expired in March, in January I received a phone call from someone from someone who said he was from standard bank. He asked where I would like my credit card to be delivered to and I told him that I would like for it to be delivered to the Standard bank in Galleria. Until now my credit card has not arrived, I did not even get a phonecall or an sms notifying me of where it is or if it has arrived yet. This is really frustrating me now, please can someone tell me why it hasn't arrived.
