Empty promises

Please guys don't get involved with loan locator SA.
you pay for there service.
im dealing with them now for 3 months and for the last 2 months im trying to get money back from them.
they said thay will refund me on the 27th of April.
now its the 5 of June and still no money.
when you phone they say it got transferred today so you should have it tomorrow.
but nothing is happening.
you leaf massages and keep on calling but you cant talk to anybody.
and the finance department you can only email.
while they don't response to emails what so ever.
so please do yourself a favour and don't use them.
its just empty promises and a bi!
