CANNOT WITHDRAW MY MONEY

I am so annoyed with absa right now. I went to the Berea centre in durban to withdraw MY MONEY when I got there I tried withdrawing and nothing comes out only the receipt telling me that my there seem to be a problem but my money will be back in my account in 2 hours.

2 hours passed and I went to the branch only to be told that, the atm is independant therefore they cant help me. Its also gonna take 9 days for me to get my money back.

I am a student where am I gonna get food to eat because that was my allowance. Now am standing outside the branch with no where else to go as I dont have a cent to my name.

I want my money now.
