Change ur system's behavio

Hi

i have a loan with capitec, and i get payed at the end of the month, last day of the month, which my salary comes in a minutes before last day of the month, now capitec come take money a day before last day which it find nothing, that it create a bad record for me as my bank statement shows negative, and this is affecting my credit, i went to the bank and i was told there is nothing they can do, i mean really? cant the system be changed to last day, not a day before? this is really killing my credit records, i have even supplied my bank statement, but thier answer was the is nothing they can do.

i really cant live with this while im paying on time and the full installment
