Money was deducted from account

Someone need to explain to me why money was deducted from my checque account (R984 and R277). I went to the branch and they couldn't explain to me. Why does standard bank do as they please with our money and they cant even explain themselves. I don''t think when I signed with standard bank I signed for them to do as they please.

If I transferred money out and there was not enough, that money was replaced again. So why am I paying for something that was replaced.
