I have notified Standard Bank to stop allowing Apple iTunes to deduct money from my account, but this has not happened. Each time you call Standard Bank, you sit for over 15min trying to explain the same thing, and being given different information depending on the agent you speak to.

It takes Standard Bank less than a day to allow a merchant to take unauthorised money from my account, and 45 working days to refund me the money. What utter nonsense!

Stop our hard earned money and hiding behind red tape!
