NO Assistance

A few months ago I noticed strange deductions going off my account. My husband was told by the Bronkhorstspruit branch that it is activity and they reversed it. Then it happened again, we went into our branch and signed stop orders and complained about this. Once again it is happening. I then went into the branch yesterday to reverse AGAIN and to get details of these people deducting money. Phoned them and they deny it. I phoned ABSA and they just said I must keep going in to reverse every month... how pathetic thus after I signed stop orders. No real assistance from ABSA what so ever and I can not believe there is nothing they can do to stop this. After loosing my cool I was told to phone 011 350 9169 to ask them to investigate but there is either no answer or it rings then cuts of with..."the number you dialled does not exist" the same goes for their head office 011 350 4000
I have never had such bad service and unwillingness to help stop this ever.
