Installment taken on closed Loan

My Personal Loan has been settled on Friday, and the installment still went through on Saturday after I was told 3 times on Friday that it wouldn't. I went into the branch and spoke to Jerry Sebela and he told me that the payment will bounce back because the account is closed. It's now 3 working days later and I still haven't received my money back. When I can expect it to be paid back?
