Old Mutual dissapoints again on their service

We are urgently surendering our RA. It has been given to Mr Bain, who informed that if we do not respond in 10 days with the necesecary documents that this request is cancelled. Only to find out, that a new old mutual client se representative contacts me and lets me know the cannot view the documents, it is unclear, I did advise that we mailed it to Mr Bain already last week... just to find out. no he is on leave... nothing has been done, nothing is being done either now, because I keep on asking about the turnaround time. So is Old Mutual going to help or not?
