Temporary Loan

I just recently started work and contacted FNB Wonderpark on 27 May 2013 since I wanted to pay money towards my temporary loan. I was told that I could not pay money into the account since it was closed. WHY???

Then on 30 May 2013 I was contacted by FNB and the person calling told me that it is not closed. What is it now closed or not??? I was told to go to a FNB Branch which is difficult for me since I work in the field every day and even on weekends. I spoke to this person and made the necessary arrangements.

Since 30 May 2013 I am receiving SMS's from Groenewald Lubbe INC on a daily basis harassing me for payment. I have been trying to contact them since then, but all I get is a answering machine repeating itself all the time. Nobody answers. Even my mother tried to call them with the same results.

All I want is information regarding an account or something that payment can be made towards!!! I also would like to add that every time I speak to somebody from FNB they give me a different amount that I am still owing.

I have given up all hope in this regard and YOUR URGENT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!
