Dear Santam,

I have NEVER in my life came across such incompetence regarding what was initially a relative simple enquiry as to a ridiculous premium increase. After numerous telephone calls where I either get (a) cut off (b) call answered and then put on hold (c) call answered but being ignored despite constantly saying "Hello!!! " to the universe at large and then FINALLY managing to get through to a relatively rational sounding agent who then proceeds to make promises which is promptly not adhered to which then forces me to go through the process (a) to (c) again for a second time. I eventually am contacted back by the original rational sounding agent whom I request to send an amended policy to myself as I am left with no alternative to be financially fleeced by either accepting the rediculous increase or devaluing my vehicles in order to keep the premiums at a reasonable, affordable rate.

I then am contacted telephonically after confirming the amended policy (devaluing my vehicles) via email as to "what exactly does my mail mean? ", after explaining the scenario, I'm presented with an email wanting to know whether I'd like to "add a vehicle"..
