Cellphone damage

Had a problem with my Blackberry 8520 WhICH I AM paying R700 for... like what a rip off of I took in bayport for repairs and they booked it for 6-8weeks.and the phone was not repairable and it is even worse than before i have never been this frustated and paying this amount for 24months and for something that doesnt work... i spoke to one of their consultants who told me that they will never replace the phone... Please asiist i am extremly unhappy with the service i got... This is money Urgent responce will be highly appreciated
