I cancelled but no conformation was done

I cancelled my policies as i have a cancer cover this was done in January., For some reason you guys still deducted 741.00 off my bank account without any notice or phone call yesterday, Leaving me in a financial dilemma (school fee etc.).. I want that monies repaid and that policy nulled as i don't want anything to do with your company as i get calls from your sales for anything possible. NOBODY called me regarding the deduction coming up. i did not receive no email or sms.
