Wow... service with a smile

I was having some trouble completing my online credit card application with the internet site bombing out all the time.

I popped into my nearest branch (being Absa Towers North) and thought I could perhaps speak to someone about another way to apply.

I unfortunately only had 45 minutes to spare.

I was immediately assisted by Ashwin Scheepers - he sat me down, walked me through the application online and got it all approved in under 20 minutes.

He was not only wonderfully efficient and willing to go the extra mile, but also incredibly polite!

Really not what I expected to find but very pleasantly surprised :)
