Hajra told me that my savings account 'invalid'

A senior citizen was trying to make a deposit into my Money Market Savings Account from her Money Market Savings Account less than two weeks ago. I had left out a zero in my investor number so she phoned me. I then gave Ms Hajra, the Nedbank lady, my ID no and she traced the account and even gave me my account number for my account and my fore names but my heart then went cold when she said that my account was 'invalid'.

I had been driving but later I phoned the manager of the branch, the efficient, able and polite Ms Chinsamy, who was eventually able to get the money deposited into my FNB account, not my Nedbank account. I am surprised at this.

The senior citizen had to make a needless second trip by taxi to pay this money into my FNB account. I do think that is worth complaining about. It is very sad when people like me and the senior citizen are abused like this by Nedbank employee, Hajra.
