ABSA Vehicle overcharges

Hi

ABSA Motor Vehicle department just added R1400 to my monthly bill for "insurance" that I took, which I would never ever do as I am insured with Santam.

Motor vehicle department do not pick up their phones and ABSA say its not their problem.
