No refund - 3 weeks later!

ABSA Bank activated their own insurance on my motor vehicle financing premium WITHOUT my permission.
A day after discovering the increased amount on my bank statements I phoned Absa to cancel the insurance and receive a refund. I was assured that I would receive my refund within the next week. Now 3 weeks later - still no refund!

Seems Absa feels they can just take my money without my permission and then I have to fight to get refunded!
