Hollard Insurance

I noticedd that they are happily deducting money from my account for a Mr Motloa whom I does not know at all. I never spoke or gave them permission or issue my id or banking details to deduct money. Now they need to held a conference and all nonsense before they will refund me. How can someone just deduct money from your account without your permission and id. They admit they do not have it but carry on deducting money? My surname is Thysse and not Motloa does this not raise a red flag?
