The proof of payments i requested yesterday have not been received till today. My cellphone has now being softlocked because of the proof of payment not being received. The internet banking staff are not able to advise me on what to do as i am not able to log back onto my profile it gives a message once i have been logged in that I have logged out. Please sort this out ASAP!
