No Feedback on Urgent Matte

My husband and I applied for a Home Loan from FNB which started out with a few hiccups pertaining to service delivery, but was resolved quickly after notice was taken by FNB.

Needless to say, just as I thought everything has now been resolved and the rest of the application will be smooth sailing, FNB once again manages to disappoint. We received our preliminary approval in principle on Wednesday 29/05 and the property was valued on Thursday 30/05, after which I was told we would possibly have feedback on the final outcome by Friday.

Today is Tuesday, and still no straight answer from FNB, apparently system issues are preventing them from finalising this matter, system issues that have been ongoing since friday?? We only have until tomorrow before our offer on the property expires.

We've dealt with a gentlemen, Gcina Godlo, which have been very helpful up until now. He's unfortunately not in the office today, hence the trouble we are experiencing. How is it possible that no one else has the same drive as this man to ensure efficient customer service? Or is it just that no on else cares enough to assist clients the way he does?
