I applied for a loan 21 Nov - to date (27 November) no feedback has been received - they phone my husband as they cannot get hold of me (but they have my work number)
everyday there is an excuse as to why the application has not been processed.
On Friday the lady that processes the applications was not there. On Monday they requested more information (we had applied for a home loan 2 months prior which they can see was not successful but they want to know what the payment is??? /)
We would have had an answer close of business Monday.
Tuesday came and once again no finality on the matter.
We are at Wednesday and today the excuse is that the internet was off and the lady is only processing the application today!!! why was this not done on Thursday when the application was sent through,

The whole point of going to a bank applying for a loan is that you are assisted as soon as possible - I went to ABSA for help and I have only received frustration after frustration.

I feel like crying - this is not service - this is emotional stress that you don't need when you need help!!! Even more they cannot read a bank statement!!
