Jointed Tax Relax under false representation & lie

I was faced with a tax penalty that I was unaware of due to previous peoples and problems. I was desperate to sort this out and approached Tax Relax. They came back offering a special of pay R150 and you get a free consultation and do the ground work to assess you. I fell for it and paid the money, went to the offices for the first consultation. I told them that the only reason I want to join is if they can assist me with the past problems with my tax penalty and the consultant advised that they definitely could indwelt attempt to have it either waived, reduced if not they would even manage to get the payment of it from the possibility of getting money back. On this I was relieved and said even though I am not a huge person with tax, it was worth joining them and this would ease my current problem. So I signed and they even made me use a computer there to pay over the first instalment and part of the initial deposit. to find out a week later that they to me and in fact could not help me with this problem. They even gave me bad advise to not pay the penalty when I received and sms from sars. Now they trying to claim r1500 to cancel contract
