On the 5th of May 2013 i settled my loan with FNB. This settlement was not allocatde to my account until i contacted the call centre 2 weeks later to cofirm that this account has been closed. on the 25th of May 2013 the debit order went throujh for this settled loan so i immediately contacted the call centre and they advised me that it was too late to reverse the entry. on the 30th of May 2013 i contacted the call centre to request a refund. the agent logged a call for me and informed me that i will receive payment within 48 hours. its been more than 48 hours and i havent received payment so i contacted the call centre again today, the 4th of June2012, where the agent has now informed me that this has been escalated to the admin department and i sould follow up within 48 hours. i think this is utter that customers have to put up with this kind of service. I want my money back!!!
