I am writing to enquire on the status of my international registered air mail: Tracking number: EF 716 242 383 IE. The item was sent on the 26th September 2013 from Ireland and anpost have raised a request of investigation with regard to non-delivery. can you please advice whether the item is with customs or at the airport.
