Why I closed my account with Nedbank

I have been trying to get Finance for a motor-cycle for 9 days now since my loan amount was appproved. In those 9 days, I started out sending the neccessary documents as per instruction to a Fellow by the name of Peter. I was then for some reason move to deal with a lady by the name of Michelle who required certain documents for the process to continue. Last week Wednesday about (29-05-13) i found out i was now dealing with a Ameen Kasim, who now wants all thirty of the previous resent to him with another 4 or so extra. With his poor vocabulary and attitude I wish they would move my loan process to someone else. If anyone is thinking about going to Nedbank or using MFC be warned, these institutions are relying on poorly trained personnel. After becoming good friends with the security guard at the nedbank, Bluff, Durban Branch from all the banking problems they gave me I closed my accounts. Like an though, I never learnt the lesson. Please can someone at MFC get hold of all the documents I have already sent to Ameen Kasim and give them to a capable individual who can tie things up for me sometime before I go on pension.
