Move account to get finance

I've been applying for finance to buy property. Most banks treat me like a parriya because I'm self employed. Nedbank said they'd give me finance if I provide them with financials and bank statements for my business account. They obviously liked what they saw because they now say they'd provide finance but only if I move my account to Nedbank. I feel this is unethical. They stringed me along by moving the goal posts every time I submitted the documents they required. I clearly qualify for finance but making it conditional to changing bank accounts after stringing me along all this time is immoral.
