Not doing what was promised

I sold my car on the 19th of April 2013.
I phoned in shortly after selling my car and was informed that once the VW branch has done the processing they will pay wesbank and then all accounts and policies will be cancelled from Wesbank's side. I then asked about the Top Up insurance I took out as well, and the lady informed me that the Top Up insurance will also be cancelled.
Which is not the case. I then proceeded to phone wesbank today, who is my primary contact for the finance of the car, and the phone call got cut off after selecting the option to speak to a consultant. I then phoned Hollard who pointed me to IUA. IUA was not even aware of the fact that I sold my car.

So for the past 2 months I paid the Top Up cover for a car I did not own any more.
Thank you Wesbank for taking that little bit extra from and making it clear that I will never make use of your service any more.
