Money just taken out of my account

Yet again this month these people just take money out of my account, and then has the audacity to send me a sms to tell me my account is overdrawn. Last month the same happened, and thanks to Hello Peter, they refunded me. Is this now going to be the scenario evey month? Interestingly, they tried to deduct two different amounts: R1025.60 last month and R1071.00 this month. Can someone with more than two brain cells at Nedbank please go and kick whoever is responsible.
