Harassment

My employer called me in on various occations in & she informed that she has been harassed by Africred Collection CC.They claim that she owes them for a debt for Drs Du Buisson & Partners in which I apparently was the patient apparently in 2008. My employer &myself has on various occations, telephonically, facsimile &electronic mail informed them that we do not know of any such debt. Upto today, nobody could inform where they got my employer's name attached to a claim in which I apparently was the patient-my employer has nothing to do with my private medical claims if any should exist. They could not explain this, but still keep on harassing my employer &also her daughter. Even though, should a claim even have existed, which does not exist, it would have lapsed by now. The ref they supply on statements which they keep on forwarding to my employer which is in the name of my employer is 9001084746448.My job is on the line&this must stop. Please help.
