Refund still not paid back

My account was double debited last Thursday- consultant advised money would be reversed. Called in again June3, told issue had not been escalated by 1st consultant and 2nd consultant would re escalate to Manager while I held on the line for over 15min
Still no reversal done!
Could I please get the refund back
