Money taken from my account without my permission

On Tuesday morning I received a sms from standard bank stating that an amount of R3383.64 was deducted from my account for vehicle finance from Wesbank. I then contacted standard bank on 0860 123 000 and spoke to a consultant. I had advised the consultant that the amount of R3383.64 was taken off my account in error as I don't own a car and did not request or apply for finance for a vehicle. The consultant looks into my account and saw that the amount was taken off my account. I then advised the consultant to request a reversal on this amount. I was given the following reference number REF: 53900205 and advised that my funds would be back in my account no later than Thursday. Today is Friday and the funds are still not back in my account.

Between Standard bank and Wesbank I want this problem sorted out today and I want my money returned to my bank account. This is and if this matter is not resolved I will be taking this matter further.
