Money missing from account and no feedback

Reported a problem I experienced at beginning of May 2013 with an ATM withdrawal. Was told the money would be back in my account within 12 working days. We are now in June and still nothing. Called several times and was told it has been escalated and someone would call me back. This was clearly the biggest load of as still no money or contact from anyone. I am now going to hellopeter as this is pathetic service from Standardbank.
