Too many Services charges

I would like to put a complaint in with FNB. I have being debited for every debt order i have R 15.00 and also withdrawing from an FNB ATm R18.00. They even charged me for transfering from my chq account to my saving account.which i have with them I feel that they a false adversiting and tricking people into taking an account.

I have also notice that my available balance is never correct there is an amount that is not reflected.
