Charged for Items Already Paid for FOUR TIMES OVER

I've been with FNB for quite a number of years and everything has been smooth sailing
until this year. Something's been very fishy with the way the charges on my account have
been made and I've called in and been reassured that all would be sorted as the bank
is 'taking a while to process certain payments'. Fine. Always been conscience about
ensuring my account is well run and I know exactly what's going on. About TWO WEEKS
AGO, I got charged FOUR TIMES over for items I'd already paid for (and have already reflected on my account prior). Cherry on top?
My account was now in arrears and I'd have to scramble money to fix FNBs mistake.
Called in, took forever to get through to anyone that would be able to help. Finally
lodged a complaint and was promised that someone would help to reverse the charges ASAP. I phoned
last week and was promised a call back since I'm 'not allowed to directly speak to those that are
currently in view of my account'. Ridiculous.

I just want my charges to be reversed. This is causing a great inconvenience in my life.
Sad because I'm very much considering canceling my account altogether once this mess is done.
Severely disgruntled/frustrated customer.
