I HAVE APPLIED FOR AN OVERDRAFT IT WILL BE NOW TWO WEEKS AGO.
I HAVE PHONED THE CONTACT CENTRE EVERYDAY AND THE KEPT ON INFORMING ME THAT MELLISA WILL CALL BACK BY 15H30.ON ONE CALL I HOLDED FOR 35MINS AND I HAD TO DROP THE CALL AS I WAS ON MY CELL PHONE AND NOBODY HAD THE CVOURTESY TO CALL BACK.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE FROM A BANK NOW ONDER PEOPLE ARE LEAVING ABSA BECAUSE IF THIS BAD SERVICE.
I AM DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE LEVELS OF ABSA BANK
