False information

I applied for a personal loan and credit card.and was approved.

The customer service approved everything. Told me to go to their nearest branch with the required documentation. Arrived at the nearest branch, then they told me that my appliction was rejected, they had no record of my appplication and I do not qualify anymore!!!

How can this happen, they told me what I qualified for and that the appliation will expire within 5 days and that I have to go to their nearest branch. Where will I get these kind of information, now they have rejectrd my application without letting me know.

I took leave to come and see them!!!

What a wAste of time - how can they to me like that!!!
