Deducting money for services and devices

I have had money deducted from my account for a courier fee and device I do not even own.

I called FNB in the beginning of May to advise them of this and to please return the months of deductions being take at their will, from my account. I called FNB in my work time at my expense - I experienced extremely lengthy waiting periods on the phone, while I waited for some assistance regarding this matter. However, instead of getting help and customer service (never mind great service) I was shunted from one department to another. Every one saying "no they cannot help try this department, four departments and hour and 37 min later. I was advised they would remove the devices from my account and credit me, it may take a few days.

I kept an eye on my account all through May to see just when this promised service would be delivered.

I took reference numbers and names and surprise, surprise, end of May comes and AGAIN the deductions have been made!! AGAIN I call in my time at my expense and AGAIN get lengthy waiting periods over the phone. I requested a senior to call me - two weeks and im still waiting! To think this is how you treat your platinum clients!!
