Outsurance eventually paid out, but only covered my computers and TV and no stock. The rest of my claim they refused, they can only help if i find the lost data (computer). Its true their slogan "you'll always get something out" The same assessor that I put on hello peter was still handling may claim, after her manager Conrad told me that Jana slipped up. Conrad requested documentation (invoices) which i did. i took Jana three weeks to process and still declined it because i could not provide stock take records.(data was on my computers). Ive appealed the decision and spoke to Viksha who told me I must email my objection to her. I was under the impression that she would forward it to the complaints department but instead she answered and declined my objection. Viksha is the same person who days I logged a claim signed a threatening email to me. And at the moment I feel like I'm running against a brick wall as my claim only revolves around Viksha, Brenda, Jana and Conrad, and does not go to independant complaint consultants. Which way is Outsurance bending me this time? "Krom of weg? "
