FNB website archived statements a CLEAR RipOff!

I downloaded archived statements from internet banking and your official logo is not on the statement, which I paid 13x R5.50 each for the downloads and I'm not happy that what I downloaded looks nothing like the original statement which I normally receive via email and DEMAND A REFUND as these statements looks FAKE & useless for the purpose I intend to use it, as THE OFFICIAL FNB LOGO IS MISSING ON IT. If I knew this was what it is going to look like, I would'nt even bothered downloading the PDF's and as usual you lured into thinking that your banking website can be trusted. If anyone on Hellopeter reads this don't even bother downloading that.
