No service regarding repair of damaged vehicle

My car has been in a accident when it was parked in Landros Maree street Polokwane and a truck from Unitrans crashed into a double cab bakkie behind my car and dragged the bakkie into the parked car. I reported it imediaitely to Surewise and they gave me the Claim number of 449178. The case has been reported to the local traffic department and the case number PT61/05/2013. since then I have been on the phone with them to try and arrange a courtesy vihicle and was help. I ask Surewise to send the assessor to the dammaged vehicle which was taken by the tow truck to Elda Panelbeater in Polokwane. I did get the quotes and send it of to Surewise but has not heard from them to confirm the repairing of the vihicle and neither was the assesor to inspect the vehicle. This is now a week passed and still no assesor. When will Surewise wake up and get the vehicle sorted.
