I have a standard bank account, and i am fica compliant, now they want me to get in my car and drive to midrand to supply them with more fica details, to update it?? doing everything to inconvenience clients, after giving these details to fourways branch they in their infinate wisdom to suspended my account, well standard bank i will be removing my invesment from you and find a user friendly bank that cares about their clients..
