Blocked account with no warning

Standard bank blocked my account over this weekend because of Fica!
I received no warning that this was going to happen. I opened my buisiness account in 2007 and it was Fica compliant. Furthermore they blocked it on the weekend and i can not do anything about it untill Monday. They could provide me no details as to what about my Fica registration was incomplete or missing.
