FNB are liars

After many issues with FNB that's been on going for 8 months they handed me over to ARA lawyers, I phoned FNB in feb told them to change debit order date to the 1st they phoning me on the 29th to query why no payment has been made, I only get paid round the 29th and was told if I pay extra r275 I would be withdrawn from lawyer list but alas has that happened no the lawyers phone me on and on but yet the payment has been made! FNB get your act together and do what you say! I stick to my deal but you don't! Withdraw me from your legal list!!!
