Signed Documents to pay a fix amount but not done

On the first of March i Signed Documents to Reduce my Monthly Payment to a fixed R200.00 per Month but up to now it has not been done. Phone them Many times they keep promising that its done, but its not. Very Frustrated. Please Help.
