Still waiting for my loan payout

My loan has been rejected by the Forensic branch for no documents received. the one for the 24th of May 2013 was rejected for the same reason. that is what i was told when I first queried. When I queried again and asked for the real reason I was told about affordability. I am really banking on this loan pay out as my life is in a squabble and it seems like someone at the forensic department is not doing their job because they waited for the quote to expire first each time before coming with a weird reason. Is there someone who can take charge and assit me in getting my loan paid out today please because this is not on.
