Over-charged

To whom it may concern

i was called by a gentleman that helped me with a quote, he quoted me on R902.18 which you do deduct on my account every month but i noticed that since the premiums started, you deduct an additional R400 or some-what amount that is split between R350 and R99.99 EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!

i thought these were initiation fees but surely they are not supposed to be deducted EVERY MONTH so i want all the extra monies that have been deducted to be reversed back to my account ASAP or i will move over to another insurance company who will be able to give me the service that i deserve

the reason why you did not received this months premium was deliberate because i refuse to let you deduct money from me that i did not consent to
