I started Receiving calls last year about an outstanding doctors bill which they say i didn't pay from 2009.

the initial capital amount was 900 the bill from vericred is 1600 how is this possible?

so I asked for a statement not once during this process did i even verify that i indeed needed to pay a doctors bill
and agreed to pay on condition that i receive a break down of charges which i did not receive nor did i sign for.

i contacted vericred on numerous occasion regarding the new statement and the below. willing to pay!!!
1.what is the capital amount? In duplum law states that the total amount owing can't be more than doubled the capital amount.
2. what does this mean because nobody has met with you "NECESSARY CONSULTATION WITH DEBTOR (DETAILED MEMO".
3.Proof of the "ORDINARY LETTER OF DEMAND" being sent to check the address.

I will not deal with this and i am willing to pay and settle but i must break my head for your lack of knowledge?
