On tuesday I went into the bank with a few concerns-why was my bank charges for May so high, cancel my petrol card, y am I not earning Ebucks, add roadside assistants to my cheque account, the consultant that I dealt with couldn't even read a bank statement, told me that I could only hav the road side assistance on my petrol card n that I could only hav it added to my cheque card, told me that I was earning Ebuck wen I wasn't, her wrong info also lead me to cancel my platinum credit card, this is not the first time I encountered problems with the bluff branch, previous 2 this I had R34k missing from my acc for close to 18months after bringing it to the managers attention ova n ova, paid over R1500 consultant fees wen I signed to pay R1000, opened an Acc n a year later find out that over R100k that was supposed 2 b in this acc hadn't been there, it was stil in an acc that was supposed to b closed & numerous other problem, whenever I bring these problems to Steven nothing seems t b done. Yesterday steven told me that if I don't like the service, I can go 2 another service provider.as a platinum ACC holder that has never given fnb doubt 4 my business, I feel that this treatment is unacceptable
